Primed to Lead: Katie Grove Coffroad

Katie Coffroad joined the National Recreation and Park Association in 2003 as a consultant in human resources and organizational development during a time of transition for the $11 million group. Coming from the private sector where she worked in mergers and acquisitions, she previously formed partnerships to set up banking kiosks in American grocery stores for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.
